QMQ Affiliate Certification

The Quality of Motivation Questionnaire ©1989 (QMQ) is administered through a Certified Affiliate. These individuals have been trained in interpretation of the Quality of Motivation Questionnaire and how to use our concepts of how positive and negative motivation interact to broaden a person's emotional vocabulary, predict future emotional states and learn the appropriate skills to take more control of their life.

Certification Course

Our next 2.5 day training and certification workshop dates will be announced soon, usually held at The 1818 Club atop the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce building at 6500 Sugarloaf Parkway Duluth, GA 30097

What is the Quality of Motivation Questionnaire (QMQ)?

It's an extensively researched, robust, and easily-applied approach to motivation. It adds science to the art of motivation, thereby adding predictability and reliability to what has previously been an arbitrary, feel-good approach with hit-or-miss results. It also adds a humanistic solution to what has become mostly about "cutting the fat" and getting more for less out of employees.

The Quality of Motivation Questionnaire (QMQ) improves employee productivity and employee engagement by removing the "baggage" that employees carry and redirecting that effort into positive results. It takes a manager or individual right to his or her source of motivation and his or her skill to use it. There is no other management or motivation model like this. QMQ is the key to unleashing maximum performance and exposing career-ending derailers.
